PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting device highly reliably jetting liquid by preventing foreign matter such as paper powder from adhering to a nozzle surface. SOLUTION: There is disclosed a liquid droplet ejection device 1 that includes a conveying device 8 conveying a recording medium 6, a liquid jetting head 2 jetting the liquid from a nozzle to the recording medium 6 conveyed by the conveying device 8, and a grounding means 12 having a wiping member 30 wiping the nozzle forming surface of the liquid jetting head 2 and grounding the nozzle forming surface by using the wiping member 30, when the liquid jetting head 2 is in a liquid jetting mode.
