PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact and mobile C-arm type diagnostic X-ray equipment having high stability. SOLUTION: This diagnostic X-ray equipment includes: a carriage capable of moving a floor surface; a support erected on the carriage and having a shaft along the vertical direction; a first arcuate arm supporting an X-ray generator and an X-ray image receptor oppositely so as to place a subject therebetween; an arm support mechanism which has a second arm extending from the first arm towards the outside and which movably supports the first arm; and a rotating mechanism connecting the support to the arm support mechanism and rotating the arm support mechanism along with the first arm. This diagnostic X-ray equipment further includes a stabilization mechanism making the carriage follow the rotating direction of the first arm when the first arm is rotated by the rotating mechanism.
