PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board that can be subjected to circuit design by freely selecting presence/absence of an extension board and does not decrease packaging density of components even when the extension board is not used, and to provide electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The circuit board includes a first wiring group 41 connected to terminals of packaged components and a second wiring group 42 provided in an area R where the packaged components are mounted and connected to connectors of the extension board.
