Disclosed is an automatic hand massage machine which enables a user to receive a hand massage by oneself in a convenient manner with no help from others, in order to promote blood circulation in the hands and to relieve pain in different parts of the hands. The automatic hand massage machine comprises: a driving unit which rotates when powered; a roller unit which rotates by the power transmitted by the driving unit; acupressure units which are equidistantly spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the roller unit, such that the acupressure units are freely rotatable on the roller unit, and each of which has an outer surface with acupressure protrusions; and a holder unit which has an open top, which covers a portion of the outer surfaces of the roller unit and the acupressure unit, which slides in the direction away from the acupressure unit so as to enable the hand of a user to be easily inserted into the space between the acupressure unit and the holder unit, and which slides again toward the acupressure unit so as to be brought into tight contact with the acupressure unit after the insertion of the hand of the user; and a slide clamping unit which provides the holder unit with sliding force. |
