Methods and nodes (110, 120) in a wireless communication system (100),in particular, a network node (110) and method in a network node (110), for scheduling wireless transmissions between the network node (110) and a mobile station (120) is revealed. The method comprises obtaining (301) a multi slot class of the mobile station (120) and determining (302) a downlink Temporary Block Flow configuration. Further, the method comprises assigning (304) uplink timeslots to the mobile station (120) and associating each assigned uplink timeslot with a priority value, based on the downlink Temporary Block Flow configuration and the multi slot class of the mobile station (120).
