<p>The method involves inserting multiple plate-shaped filters at locations of multiple partition walls (4a), which are made of perforated plate. An activated carbon is utilized as a filter material at the locations. A water outlet (7) to a channel is sealed with a ball that is lighter than water and heavier than light liquid e.g. hydrocarbon, to prevent the light liquid from entering into a duct system in occurrence of damage.</p>
