PURPOSE: The drying of the dish cloth or the cutting board and sterilization is included with the solar light which transmits the glass window after being attached to the glass window of veranda. The bactericidal action can be improved even though the electricity is not used. CONSTITUTION: A drying stand(100) comprises a body(200), a door(300), and a vacuum absorbing plate(400). The space is formed inside the main body. The rearward is opened. The main body comprises a plurality of ventilation hole(500). The door is installed in the front of the main body. In the inner side of door, for a plurality of dish cloth galls, the cutting board holder is in other words formed. In the inner side of door, a plurality of bonding grooves in which the dish cloth hanger is combined is formed the vertical length. The vacuum absorption plate is installed through the main body. The main body is attached to the glass window so that the opening of rearward faces the glass window.
