PURPOSE: A sit-down type cycle exercise device is provided to place a seat between a case to which a pedal is connected and a main frame. CONSTITUTION: A sit-down type cycle exercise device comprises: a main frame; a cycle frame connected to the main frame; a case(100) which includes a pair of pedals; a seat unit which is located between the main frame and case; a rotator of a disk shape which rotates by the rotation of the pedal; a load adjusting bracket(120) which is combined with the case; an elastic member(130) offering the elastic force to the load adjusting bracket; and a loading control unit including a wire.
