PURPOSE: A magnetic load adjustment device for an exercise device is provided to reduce the size of the exercise device by modularizing the magnetic load adjustment device in a small size. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic load adjustment device for an exercise device comprises a power transmission unit, a magnetic load unit, and a load adjusting unit. The power transmission unit(120) comprises a first power transmission(123) transferring the rotation of a first rotation shaft(121) to a second rotation shaft(122). The magnetic load unit(130) applies load to the power transmission unit by the magnetic force between a fixing magnetic part and a rotation magnetic part. The rotation magnetic part is combined with the second rotation shaft. The load adjusting unit includes a second power transmission. The second power transmission transfers the rotation magnetic part in the axial direction of the second rotation shaft.
