Provided is a project information display including a time scale display information generating section (31) which generates time scale display information from a time scale display area and a time span controller area for performing time span extending/shortening operation of time scale, a display information update section (40) which updates the time scale display information to extend or shorten the time span of time scale based on the operation for extending/shortening the time span of time scale when the operation is carried out in the time span controller area, and a display screen information generating section (33) which generates display information from the generated or updated time scale display information and the electronic medical record information corresponding to the time information of the time scale display information, wherein the project information for management of project can be changed to the desired time span of a user by simple operation and displayed.  Also provided is a project information display program and an electronic medical record information display.
