<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning method and device by heat regenerating adsorption method capable of surely removing with high removing efficiency not only carbon dioxide and/or moisture but also trace gas component such as nitrogen monoxide, ethylene and/or propane from the air to be cleaned and capable of appropriately operating even in energy consumption respect. SOLUTION: At an adsorption cycle, the air to be cleaned is passed in order through the first adsorption zone housing the first adsorbent and the second adsorption zone housing the second adsorbent at the first temp. T1. At a regeneration cycle, regeneration gas is introduced into the first adsorption zone at the second temp. T2 higher than the first temp.. Steam and/or carbon dioxide are almost completely removed in the first adsorption zone. The second adsorption zone is provided with the adsorbent containing a metal ion capable of strongly bonding nitrogen.</p> |
