HEAT RADIATING SHEET COMPRISING ADHESIVES WITH IMPROVED HEAT CONDUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A heat-dissipative sheet is provided to improve thermal conductivity by applying an adhesive with thermal conductivity to a graphite sheet and to ensure excellent productivity. CONSTITUTION: A heat-dissipative sheet comprises: a graphite sheet(1); and a thermoconductive adhesive(2) containing carbon nanocomposites formed at one side or both sides of the graphite sheet. The carbon nanocomposite includes carbon nanotubes. The average diameter of the carbon nanotube is 10-20 nm. The thickness of the graphite sheet is 0.1-1.5 mm and the density is 0.8-2.2 g/cm^3. The thermoconductive adhesive includes carbon nanotube dispersions and acrylate polymers.
