A leg exercise machine with two pivotally connected leg exercise devices

An exercise machine for performing at least two different types of leg exercises, comprising a frame, a seat 130 coupled to the frame, a first leg exercise device 400 pivotally mounted on the frame for rotation about a first pivot axis, a second leg exercise device 408 pivotally attached to the first leg exercise arm for rotation about a second pivot axis positioned above the first pivot axis when at rest, a foot engaging device 421 releasably mounted on the first leg exercise 400 having a foot engaging part 422 positioned at a vertical level above the seat in use; and an exercise resistance device coupled to said first and second leg exercise devices. There may also be a lockable leg pivotally attached to the second leg exercise and the device may be used for leg curls, presses or extensions. An adjustable bench exercise device with a sliding carriage is also detailed.
