PURPOSE: An automation manual transmission is provided to reduce the size of transmission by arranging a driving part, which operates a shift by operating a shift finger, in the inside of the transmission case. CONSTITUTION: A shift finger(50) is arranged in a control shaft. A shift finger is connected with a shift lug which is arranged at the shift rail(10). A driving part is included inside the transmission case. A driving part(70) performs the shift operation by transferring the shift finger. A first finger, which transfers the shift lug, and a second finger, which is carried with the driving part, are included in the shift finger.
