PURPOSE: A probe card assembly unit is provided to suppress the limitation of a pitch of manufacturing a probe card by forming a pattern pin of multi-stages having height difference. CONSTITUTION: In a probe card assembly unit, a plurality of probe body(101) is combined in a fixing block(106). A pattern pin(102) is combined in one side of the probe body A probe is formed in one end of the probe body. A plurality of fixing blocks(106) is combined in a block. A pattern pin combination part is formed on the probe body while being inserted an insertion hole.
