PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing device for a lighting device is provided to prevent the breakage of the lighting device by reducing the amount of an impact from whole directions. CONSTITUTION: A socket holder(14) is fixed in a structure or a supporting pillar. A spring inserting part(12) is formed in the bottom surface of the socket holder. A first shock absorbing member(32) is formed as a wrinkled tube shape with elastic property. The first shock absorbing member comprises an opening hole unit, a spring locking unit(20), a socket locking groove(22), a wire release hole(24), and a fixing groove(30). The first shock absorbing member which is connected with the upper part of a socket(26) firstly reduces the external impact. A second shock absorbing member(34) reduces the impact from the first shock absorbing member.
