PURPOSE: A vehicle tire footwear for the preventing the slipping is provided to prevent the generation of vibration and noise by preventing the slip when driving in accumulated snow or freezing. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire footwear for the preventing the slipping comprises a rope(1), a pad(4), and a fixing string. The rope comprises polyester or nylon etc. The pad comprises the mesh type according to the area which is multiplied the width(2) and circumference(3). The pad comprises a hole(5) which is continually formed by weaving the rope at the constant interval. The hole shape comprised the mesh has the various shapes including the rectangle type or the polygonal shape etc. The one side of the fixing string has the chain ring for the convenience of tightening. The other side of the fixing string has the hole which is able to suspend the chain ring.
