<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately improve strength of a metal conductor, in an electronic device composed by mechanically jointing an electronic component and a mating member to each other through a metal conductor formed of a porous noble metal. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes an electronic component 10, a mating member 20 to be mechanically connected with the electronic component 10, and a metal conductor 30 interposed between the electronic component 10 and the mating member 20 to mechanically connect both the electronic component 10 and the mating member 20 with each other, and made of porous noble metal such as Ag having vacancies 33, wherein end faces 31 of the metal conductor 30 are exposed from ends of a space between the electronic component 10 and the mating member 20, and a reinforcing resin 60 such as polyimide mechanically reinforcing the metal conductor 30 is impregnated in the vacancies 33 of the metal conductor 30 toward the inside from the end face 31 side of the metal conductor 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
