PURPOSE: A file swapping type USB memory is provided to prevent a user from the doublet task. CONSTITUTION: A flash memory(140) stores memory usage information and data usage information. A control unit controls an operation of a flash memory. A UST interface is prepared on both sides of a USB memory device. The UST interface unit s connected to an USB-out connector(15) which is inserted to a terminal port of an information terminal device and to USB-in connector which the USB neighboring connector of the different USB memory device.
