PURPOSE: A reception packet processing method for a real time service is provided to prevent the loss of reception packet in a real time service. CONSTITUTION: An MAC(Medium Access Control) layer unit(1220) requests the retransmission of a MAC PDU(Packet Data Unit) in which an error is generated. If the MAC PDU is not successively delivered, the MAC layer unit transmits the RLC(Radio Link Control) PDU which is included in the successively received MAC PDU to an TLC layer unit. An RLC layer(1230) receives the RLC PDU from the MAC layer unit. The RLC layer unit configures an RLC SDU(Service Data Unit).
