PURPOSE: A down link code channel transceiving apparatus in a high speed wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user receive the next packet at a place which is appointed by the previous packet. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(410) communicates with a user terminal through a radio access network. A transmission packet generating unit(420) creates a transmission packet by including the transmission location of the next packet. A packet transmitting part(430) transmits the created transmission packet to the user terminal. A controller(440) controls the creation and the transmission of the packet.
