The invention relates to a device (1) for supplying a plurality of LED units (3) with power, comprising a common DC/DC converter (4) which delivers a regulated output voltage and to which a plurality of strands (6) are connected, each having a buck converter (5) and an LED unit (3) connected thereto, and means (8) for regulating or setting the strand currents (I3) to be supplied to the LED units (3). In order to simplify the device, the means for regulating or setting the strand currents are formed by a central, common processor (10), which is supplied with actual values (7A) in keeping with the individual strand currents (I3) and connected to corresponding control inputs of the respective buck converters (5) for applying control values (8A) calculated on the basis of the actual values. |
