PURPOSE: A mask assembly for the thin film deposition in which miniature of a small size product of the high definition, an organic light-emitting device using this and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to rid from selection of materials for a organic layer by randomly controlling an emitting area of a plurality of colors and to produce the small size product of the high definition by arranging the organic layer of a plurality of colors. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which is patterned to be each other faced on the top of a substrate and a plurality of organic films(221,222,223) formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode comprises a plurality of organic films of stripe type and one discontinuous organic film of dot type. The plurality of organic films of stripe type comprises a first organic film which is expended from the edge of the substrate to another edge according to a first direction of the substrate and a second organic film which is crossed with the first organic film.
