LIQUID FUEL COMBUSTION PROCESS AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: The maximum flexibility about the operation of the furnace is guaranteed without the exchange of equipment. CONSTITUTION: A combustion device of the liquid fuel comprises an outside conduit(10), an inner conduit(20), and a spray tip(30). The outside conduit has a atomized gas inflow end portion(12) and an atomized gas exhaust end portion(14). The inner conduit has a liquid fuel entry end(22) and a liquid fuel jetting end portion(24). The spray tip comprises a mixing chamber(36) and an orifice(38). The mixing chamber provides the liquid fuel and atomization gas from the liquid fuel discharge end portion and atomization gas passage of the inner conduit. Orifice provides the liquid fuel and atomization gas from the mixing chamber. The liquid fuel and atomization gas are emitted from the spray tip.
