PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nano structure, the nano structure manufactured by the same, and an apparatus for manufacturing the nano structure are provided to directly manufacture the desired shape of a nano structure in an element by implementing a nano structure growing reaction based on light energy integrated in liquid environment. CONSTITUTION: A nano structure is grown on a substrate by applying light energy to the substrate which is immersed in a nano structure precursor(S100). The nano structure is grown based on hydrothermal reaction. The substrate includes the seed of the nano structure. The nano structure precursor solution is an aqueous solution containing the metal salt of the nano structure and ammonia. An apparatus for manufacturing the nano structure includes a container and a laser light source part. The container contains the nano structure precursor solution. The laser light source part applies the light energy.
