PURPOSE: The seawater which does not want flows in due to instrument, and the malfunction of the control device in the ballast tank. The compressed air is inserted through the air vent pipe to the ballast tank. And the seawater can be exhausted to the pressure of the compressed air to the ballast exterior of tank. CONSTITUTION: A ballast apparatus of ocean structure comprises a compressed air supply device, an air vent pipe(32), and a seawater transfer line(33). The compressed air supply device supplies the compressed air to a ballast tank(34). The air vent pipe is connected to the ballast tank in order to transfer the compressed air to the ballast tank. In the seawater transfer line, the seawater can be transferred to through the seawater entrance(35) connected to the ballast tank.
