PURPOSE: A tolterodine composition for transdermal administration is provided to enhance skin permeability of tolterodine. CONSTITUTION: A composition for transdermal administration for enhancing skin permeability of tolterodine contains tolterodine and lidocaine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Lidocaine or salt thereof is contained in 1-300 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of tolterodine. The composition is manufactured in the form of a patch, liquid, and ointment. The dose of the composition is controlled based on patient's age, body weight, gender, administration type, and health condition.
