PURPOSE: A screen printing facility and a screen printing processing method thereof are provided to maintain the steady- state of a stencil mask by cleaning a stencil mask according to cleaning requisite. CONSTITUTION: A screen printing facility comprises a mounting plate(300), a solder cream coating part(500), a vision inspector(600) and a controller(700). A substrate(200) is settled on the mounting plate. The location of the mounting plate can be changed by a XY driver. The solder cream coating part has a stencil mask. The stencil mask spreads the solder cream on the fixed location of the substrate settled in the mounting plate. The vision inspector measures the solder cream on the substrate. The controller transfers the mounting plate to a specified position.
