PURPOSE: An output device and a test device thereof are provided to test a subject device with favorable precision according to a high speed test signal by outputting a current with favorable precision and fast response from an output device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of switching units(26) respectively corresponds to a plurality of current sources(22). The plurality of switching units switches a current, which flows into corresponding current source, to an output terminal. A time change unit varies each transduction time of a plurality of control signals for controlling each switching state of a plurality of the switching units. An adjusting unit(34) adjusts each propagation time of a plurality of the control signals to make glitch noise in a current, which flows in an output terminal, smaller. The time change unit includes a delay unit(30) delaying each of a plurality of the control signals. The adjusting unit adjusts each unit delay of a plurality of the control signals.
