PURPOSE: A product sorting method based on quantitative evaluation of potential failure is provided to reduce technical problems such as imperfectness of analysis data, inefficiency of evaluation processes, and inaccuracy of evaluation results. CONSTITUTION: A cluster index calculation algorithm is executed(126). A cluster index is calculated from a measurement table. A cluster index record including a cluster index is added to a cluster index table of a cluster index database server. A cluster index management record is updated using the cluster index record.
