<p>The method of disinfecting a climatic chamber (1), comprises generating a disinfecting hot atmosphere in the area to be disinfected by heat supply and evaporating water in heating phase, attaining a temperature of 95+- 5[deg] C and a relative humidity of 80% at ambient atmospheric pressure and maintaining the conditions for killing the germs in the inner room and expelling the relative humidity from the area to be disinfected and cooled in a cooling phase. The water vapor formed is removed from the room to be disinfected, by blowing filtered air into the cooling phase.
