PURPOSE: When the movable blade unit gets the fixed blade unit, the waste tape cuts at a low speed. The waste tape is accepted to the fixed direction. CONSTITUTION: A waste tape cutting device(100) comprises a main body(200), a fixed blade unit(300), a movable blade unit(400), a link unit(500',500"), and a driving part. The space part of the main body accepts the lungs tape. One end of the fixed blade unit is fixed to one side of the space part. A first cutting blade(310) is formed in the opposite end of the fixed blade unit. The movable blade unit reciprocates in the space part. While a second cutting blade(410) of the movable blade unit crosses with the driving force with the first cutting edge, the waste tape is cut in the regular length. A pair of first and second of the link unit(510',510",520',520"), and adjacent ends is connected to hinge in the space part. While spreading with the driving force or being narrowed, the link module horizontally shuttles the movable blade unit with the link system. In order that the first and second link spread or it is narrowed, the driving part transfers the driving force.
