PURPOSE: A method for beam-forming pixels for an ultrasound image system and a device thereof are provided to eliminate an interpolation error which occurs when a scanning line is converted. CONSTITUTION: An array transducer(410) receives a reflected ultrasound signal. A beam former(420) obtains beam forming data of a pixel point by a transmission scanning line. A linear interpolation unit(430) outputs beam forming data which is linearly interpolated for the pixel point. An envelope detecting unit(440) detects an envelope. A log compressing unit(450) generates scanning line data which is displayed on an image device.
