<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buried device with a detachable leading end, which is used when a member to be buried, such as a ventilation pipe and a water passing pipe, is buried in a waste disposal site, which can easily penetrate a waste matter layer, and the leading end of which can be easily detached. <P>SOLUTION: This buried device is equipped with a hollow steel pipe 30 and a lid body 10; the lid body 10 is provided with a main tubular body 11 which makes a leading end side of the device closed, and an outer tube 12 which is concentrically arranged via a prescribed gap between the main body 11 and the outer tube 12. Structurally, a leading end of the steel pipe 30 is inserted into a gap between the main body 11 and the outer tube 12, and the steel pipe 30 and the lid body 10 are locked to each other in the gap.
