PURPOSE: A memo board folding device is provided to improve the convenience of a user by folding and unfolding a memo board and to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the composition of a rotation guide member. CONSTITUTION: A perpendicular rotation guide side(110) is formed on the end part of an arm rack(100). A slop rotation guide side(210) is formed on the end part of a memo supporting board(200) after a memo board is fixed. The perpendicular rotation guide side of the arm rack and the slop rotation guide side of the memo supporting board are combined with a rotation guide part(300). The rotation guide part guides the memo board in order to maintain a level while rotating at the center of the slop rotation guide side after the memo supporting board rotates at the center of the perpendicular rotation guide side in the vertical direction.
