PURPOSE: A narrow and wide width cargo loading apparatus and a method using the same are provided to improve the loading and transportation efficiency of cargo in the deck of the truck by loading a narrow width cargo in the upper portion of deck and loading a wide width cargo in the loading stock. CONSTITUTION: A narrow and wide width cargo loading apparatus comprises a fixing unit(10), a loading stock(20), a holder(30), a lifting unit(40), a supporter(50), and a driving unit(60). The fixing unit is fixed to the one side of the deck(100) of the truck. One end of the loading stock is hinge-coupled with the upper end of the fixing unit and the other end is ascended and descended for loading wide width cargo. The holder is projected in one end of the loading stock to the upward and supports the bottom of the bottom of the wide width cargo in the rising of the loading stock. One end of lifting unit is hinge-coupled in the fixing unit. The lifting unit obliquely moves up the other end of the loading stock. The supporter comprises a first supporting bar which is hinge-coupled in the lower part of the loading stock and a second supporting bar which is hinge-coupled in the end part of the first supporting bar. The driving unit is connected to the hinge-coupled part between the first supporting bar and second supporting bar.
