PURPOSE: A crackable snubber functional test method and a device thereof are provided to change a holder for a snubber according to the size of the snubber, thereby testing the functions of the snubber at a site. CONSTITUTION: A pressurization propulsion device transfers power to a snubber(20) using oil pressure. A function test control device communicates with the pressurization propulsion device. A pressurization cylinder fixing unit is connected to a device which fixes the lower end of a pressurization cylinder(10) and is located in front of a test base(40). A snubber fixing unit is connected to a device which fixes the lower end of the snubber and is located behind the test base. |
