PURPOSE: A multipurpose LED lighting device using a solar light is provided to prevent damage due to external impact by applying elasticity to a lamp unit through a spring while being buried under ground. CONSTITUTION: In a multipurpose LED lighting device using a solar light, a lamp unit(10) includes an LED and a solar cell. A first spring(20) has one side which is combined with the bottom center of the lamp unit. One side of a plurality of second springs(30) is combined with the bottom center of the lamp unit. A support case(40) is combined in the other side of the second spring. A first spring is passed through the opened center of the case. A power supply unit(50) is combined in the other side of the first spring. An illumination unit includes an illumination housing(11), a PCB substrate(12), a solar cell board(13), a connection rod(14), and an LED module(15).
