PURPOSE: A KVM(Keyboard, Video device, Mouse) system having a remote personal computer ON/OFF function is provided to simply turn on/off a personal computer which is connected to the KVM system. CONSTITUTION: A KVM transmission device(300) includes a signal receiving unit(330), a controller(350), and an on/off signal output unit(370). The signal receiving unit confirms a PHY signal through wired and wireless network. The signal receiving unit outputs a specific packet. The controller generates an on/off signal according to the outputted specific packet signal.
