FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: in control method and device of double-fed motor the stator circuit current is created for shaping of control and start signal of power keys of IGBT modules. Prior to startup, low fixed voltage is supplied to excitation winding of asynchronous motor with phase rotor from frequency converter to create current circuit and to shape control signal of IGBT modules from current sensors. Device includes asynchronous motor with phase rotor, which is connected to bridge, three current sensors, three phase shapers, control angle setting device, three NOR elements and IGBT drivers, the outputs of which are connected to modules of power bridge, and inputs are connected through the appropriate NOR elements to outputs of three phase shapers. Current sensor is connected to each stator winding phase, and each of them is connected through shaper of synchronous pulses to the appropriate phase shaping input. Excitation winding of asynchronous motor is connected to frequency converter containing frequency and amplitude setting devices. ^ EFFECT: improving energy characteristics, interference immunity and reliability of start-up modes. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
