FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a palladium (II) solution in hydrochloric acid, extracting palladium (II) from the solution using a sorbent in form of chemically modified silica gel, converting the palladium (II) into a complex compound on the surface of the sorbent, separating from the solution, treating the sorbent with sorbed palladium (II) using an aqueous ethanol solution of dithizone, measuring the diffuse reflection factor of the palladium (II) surface complex and evaluating content of palladium using a calibration curve, wherein the sorbent used is silica gel which is chemically modified with dithiocarbaminate groups, which is treated with 110-5 -110-4 M dithizone solution in 50-60% ethyl alcohol solution in water and the diffuse reflection factor is measured at 530 nm. ^ EFFECT: high sensitivity and information content of analysis. ^ 4 ex |
