FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: system consists of successively connected calculation unit for balance basicity of agglo-charge estimated with consideration of return products and standard basicity, of calculation unit of estimated basicity of agglomerate by values of balance basicity of agglo-charge and middle value of coefficient of transfer interconnecting basicity of agglo-charge with basicity of agglomerate, of successively connected unit of calculation of statistic error between estimated and actual values of basicity of agglomerate by results of express analysis for preceding two-hour interval at one of inputs, and of unit of calculation of prognosis of agglomerate basicity, output of which is successively connected to corresponding regulators of weight rates of each of above said metered components of agglo-charge. ^ EFFECT: upgraded quality of control over process of agglomeration due to prognosis of basicity of agglomerate by adaptive mathematic model of process. ^ 3 dwg
