FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: living test cells (plant cells, zooblasts, reservoir inhabitant cells, microorganisms, etc.) are placed in an analysed fluid and in distilled water for reference. The cells are exposed to variable electric field, and field oscillation amplitude is measured. A portion of mobile cell is related to total number. The adaptation and survival rate are determined in total: by dependence of oscillation amplitudes and the portion of mobile cells on the concentration of substances in the analysed fluid medium, by dependence of the same parameters on cell incubation time in the fluid medium. A toxicity index is used to compare the amplitudes. ^ EFFECT: method enables bioassay of the substances contained in the fluid medium. ^ 6 dwg |
