摘要 FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vanes flaw detection is performed in compliance with operating conditions separately for entry and exit edges. Size, arrangement and geometry of faulty zone are determined for each edge. Depending upon said magnitudes, vanes are divided into groups. Equal line of repair section is selected in each said group. Identical inserts are produced for each group. Number of groups varies from 1 to 20. Insert is made from material and to geometry approximating to those of vane to be reconditioned with due allowance for welding in joint zone. Insert height for both edges, measured along vane root, makes 5% to 100% of said root with pitch of 5% while insert width measured root axis varies from 15% to 100% of insert height.
