FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to cardiovascular surgery, and can be used in treatment of chronic post-infarction left ventricle aneurisms of small size in case if there are no signs of left ventricle thrombosis. For this purpose aneurismatic protrusion is eliminated and wall of left ventricle is strengthened by application of ""-shaped sutures without dissection of scar-changed myocardium. Operation is performed on working heart, left ventricle cavity is not opened, in order to expose zone of intrusion, used is system of vacuum stabilisation of myocardium. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase safety of surgical treatment, reducing risk of development of embolic complications, to perform operation on working heart, reduce lethality in surgical intervention. ^ 1 ex, 1 tbl |
