PURPOSE: A panel breaking electric power in standby status is provided to automatically block household standby power as a standby power according to automatic conversion to household light, sensor light, bathroom power, going out button, and sleeping mode. CONSTITUTION: A circuit which is branched by branching drawing voltage inputs an output line of a current transformer and a wire of a light load through an electric leakage breaker, the current transformer as a main control unit in a video phone. A different branched circuit is branched by branching drawing voltage is wired to a sensor light through the electric leakage breaker, the current transformer. Another difference branched circuit is branched by branching drawing voltage is wired to a socket in which a regular power and power save power selection switch is embedded through the electric leakage breaker, the standby power blocking switch. The main control unit is installed inside a video and is comprised as a microprocessor. During operating an outgoing button, the main control unit blocks the standby power supplied to the socket by driving a standby power blocking switch as an OFF-point through a control line which is wired to the standby power blocking switch.
