The charger (1) has a delivering unit (10) for delivering tension and load current. A control unit (11) controls the delivering unit conceived to control voltage and load current. A communication unit is connected to the control unit, and conceived to receive a set point signal (4) emitted from an external control terminal (5) and transmit the signal to the control unit to allow remote piloting of the control unit by the terminal. The communication unit is provided with a web type server (3). An interface (30) is connected to a Ethernettype communication network.
