PURPOSE: A safety railing for an apartment house with an evacuation function is provided to enable residents to safely move the other household in an emergency by using the railing as a ladder. CONSTITUTION: A safety railing for an apartment house with an evacuation function comprises left and right support frames(10,10a), movement preventing units(20), and a guard(30). Each support frame comprises a vertical fixing bar(11), an upper horizontal bar(12), an upper vertical bar(13), a curved part(14), a lower horizontal bar(16), and a through hole(17). The movement preventing units are vertically inserted into the through holes of the upper vertical bars of the support frames. The guard comprises a railing frame(31), upper support bolts, lower support bolts, railing bars(34), and welding shaft bars(35).
