PURPOSE: A panel for a building is provided to improve work efficiency by enabling a worker to simultaneously arrange clips and connect the clips to an upper plate. CONSTITUTION: A panel for a building comprises a perforated plate(10), a support member(20), a sound absorbing and heat insulating member(30), and an upper plate(50). The perforated plate is loaded on a structure or a frame. One side of the support member is to the structure or frame and the perforated plate, and the other side is fixed to the upper plate. The sound absorbing and heat insulating member is loaded on the top of the structure or frame and the sound absorbing and heat insulating member. The upper plate is loaded on the top of the sound absorbing and heat insulating member.
