PURPOSE: A management system and a management method are provided to supply seat information by recognizing the use of the library seat. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of seat display devices(100) is installed at each seat table and displays seat information with seat number and the color of a lamp by the sensor. A seat managing device(200) receives a sensor signal of a seat display device by wired or wireless communication network, stores the vacant time of the corresponding seat, monitors the vacant time on a screen, and automatically controls the operation of the seat display device according to the counted vacant time. A plurality of wireless transceivers transmits and receives a signal to and from the seat display device by wireless. |
